Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt (may decrease)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. dry milk
    2 1/2 c. wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine oil, salt, sugar and dry milk; dissolve with yeast.
    Stir in wheat flour.
    Stir in white flour, adding the last cup a little at a time by kneading it into the dough.
    Let dough rise in bowl until double.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Divide dough in 2 parts.
    Form loaves in greased bread pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
