Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 Tbsp. bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of pecans for rolling ball in.
Form ball and roll in 1 cup of pecans.
Chill.
