Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 qt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. butter
baked pie shell
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add water and two cups blueberries.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add butter, then rest of blueberries.
Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream.
(Can also substitute strawberries or peaches.)
