Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans shrimp, drain
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Add mushroom soup, chicken soup, shrimp and tomatoes.
    Heat and serve over cooked rice.
