Frosty Creme De Menthe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. or 4 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/2 c. creme de menthe
    1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
    green layered mints, cut in 1/2 diagonally (if desired)
Preparation
    In a blender, combine all ingredients except mints.
    Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
    Serve in champagne glasses. Top each with a mint triangle.
    Makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
