Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion or 2 small, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 small can Del Monte tomato sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add chopped onions and green pepper. Saute a few minutes, stirring with the meat. Add tomato sauce and catsup.
    Cook about 35 minutes.
    Add kidney beans.
    Cook 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 or more.
