Deedee'S Chocolate Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix
21-oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use solid shortening to grease 9 x 13 pan.
Combine first 4 ingredients by hand.
Pour into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
