1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 egg
1 pkg. Martha White Bix-Mix
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Martha White spud flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream sugar, butter and coconut extract. Add egg and blend well.
Stir in Bix-Mix and spud flakes.
Blend well.
Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to wire racks to cool.
