Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender except for 1 tablespoon lemon juice and the oil.
    Start blending and add in slow steady stream the oil until mixture is thickened.
    Slowly add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Beat well.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
