Enchilatos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. ground meat
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 lb. block chili
2 pkg. shredded cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
seasonings as desired
Preparation

Brown meat with pepper and onion; season to taste.
Heat chili with a little water to blend.
Roll meat inside tortillas and place side by side in baking dish.
Pour chili on top and spread cheese over all.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
