Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
dash of salt
2/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar, beating until stiff, not dry.
Fold in coconut. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
