Carrot Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In bowl, combine oil and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to creamed mixture, alternating with bananas.
    Stir in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
