Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple
    3 mashed bananas
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O with boiling water. Fold in strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Turn half of the mixture into an 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan and chill until firm (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Leave remaining mixture out of refrigerator.
    When half is firm, spread evenly with sour cream and top with remaining Jell-O mixture.
    Chill.
