Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. spinach
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    6 to 8 slices cooked, cut up bacon
    5 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    sliced scallions
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss.
    Add dressing just before serving.
