Beaver Stew(Adapted From: L. L. Bean And Go Hog Stew) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beaver, cubed 1-inch floured and browned *
    2 c. chopped onions
    3 sliced carrots
    15 oz. can Cajun tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 c. okra (plain)
    1 can new potatoes
    1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    1 c. corn
    2 c. cabbage, chopped large
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cayenne
    12 oz. beer
    6 oz. red wine
Preparation
    *Season flour with black pepper, salt, savory, rosemary and thyme, then add flour mix to stew.
