Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. shredded American or Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    salt
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 package active dry yeast.
    Heat 1 1/2 cups shredded American or Swiss cheese, 1 1/4 cups water, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0), stirring constantly.
    Add to flour mixture; add 1 egg.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in as much of 2 to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
