Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Country Style spareribs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Cut ribs and place in shallow pan.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper and onion.
Roast uncovered at 450\u00b0 until browned, about 20 minutes.
Combine all other ingredients, except lemon slices; bring to boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat. Remove meat from oven, top with lemon slices and pour on sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting often.
Makes 4 servings.
