Sour Cream Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

3/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 1/4 c. warm sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
3/8 tsp. soda
3 tsp. salt
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. shortening, melted
9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation

Let yeast and warm water rise about 10 minutes.
Stir in 2 1/4 cups warm sour cream, sugar, soda, salt, eggs, shortening, then flour to make soft dough.
Roll out to about 1/4-inch thick. Cover with melted butter, then cover with cinnamon and sugar. (Add raisins now if wanted.) Roll and cut 1/2-inch thick.
Place on pans; let rise.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not overcook.
