Deviled Ham Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 or 4 c. milk
    1 small can deviled ham
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add shortening and rub very lightly with tips of fingers.
    Add milk and roll out 1 or 2-inches thick.
    Cut in 4-inch squares.
    Brush with butter and put in 1 teaspoon of deviled ham in 3 corners square shape.
    Brush over with butter and bake in moderate oven.
    Makes a good lunch or snack.
