Awesome Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs, pineapple (drained), vanilla and carrots.
Sift the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in very lightly greased 9 x 15-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with Awesome Cream Cheese Frosting.
