1 small box macaroni
3 c. grated cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. flour (or more as needed)
1/2 c. milk (or more as needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil macaroni and drain.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a pan and add milk and flour (as needed) to make a medium thick white sauce.
Do not let the white sauce turn brown.
Add salt and pepper and cheese, saving some cheese for the topping.
Let cheese melt into the cream sauce.
Pour the white sauce over the cooked macaroni and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling and almost brown.
