Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    bread crumbs (enough to cover top)
Preparation
    Soak whole cabbage for 10 minutes in cold water; cut in 1/2-inch strips.
    Put in boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes; drain.
    Melt Velveeta cheese and cream of mushroom soup in 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Put layer of cabbage and top with mixture, another layer of cabbage and rest of mixture.
    Top with bread crumbs; heat in oven.
