Williamsburg Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 thick tomato slices
    2 boxes chopped frozen spinach
    3/4 c. melted butter
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    6 green onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions and let cool.
    Mix all ingredients together in the order given, except tomatoes. Arrange tomato slices on greased cookie sheet and place scoop of spinach on top of each slice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Spinach mixture can be made the day before and refrigerated.
