Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain corn; reserve liquid.
Mix corn liquid with milk to make a 1/2 cup.
Beat eggs; mix with milk.
Add flour, baking powder and salt with eggs and milk.
Stir in corn.
Mixture should be of a semi-stiff consistency.
If not, add more flour.
Drop by teaspoonful into hot cooking oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
