Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together the beaten eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; add chopped nuts to first mixture.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Divide batter into each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
