Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 to 30 tomatoes, skinned and put in blender
16 to 18 diced green peppers
2 diced onions
8 to 12 diced jalapeno peppers
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 c. salt
Preparation

Bring ingredients to a boil, then add 2 to 3 (12 ounce) cans tomato paste and cook 10 to 20 minutes.
