Kathryn'S Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. very warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. soft shortening
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix first two ingredients and set aside ten minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer.
Add yeast water mixture and beat.
Then add 4 to 5 cups flour.
Knead until it isn't sticky.
Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.
Shape into loaves or make rolls.
Let double and bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes.
