Garden Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bulgur
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, soak bulgur in hot water for 1 hour; drain well.
    Add tomato, cucumber, green onion, parsley and cilantro. Toss together and chill.
