Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in well-greased bread tin.
    Bake for 1 hour.
