Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 c. hot coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and add shortening.
    Beat in milk, coffee, vanilla and eggs for 2 minutes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 or 60 minutes.
    Bake in two greased and floured 9-inch pans. Use whipped cream icing if you want.
