Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
1 c. Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce, drained
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together onto waxed paper the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add walnuts.
In mixing bowl, beat egg.
Add cranberry sauce and shortening.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir until just blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Cool on rack.
