Frosty Fruit Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    1 container low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail (save liquid); dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Add fruit liquid.
    Cool until syrupy.
    Mix mayonnaise with yogurt.
    Add to jello (blend well).
    Fold in drained fruit cocktail; chill until set.
    May use other jello and yogurt flavors.
    Also may use other fruits, peaches, crushed pineapple, etc.
