Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 to 20 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
    1 (18 to 20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 or 3 drops red food coloring
    5 or 6 bananas
    baked pie shell
    1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook in saucepan the strawberry pie filling, chunk pineapple, sugar and cornstarch until it thickens.
    Take it off heat.
    Add the strawberry Jell-O and red food coloring.
    Let cool.
    Add the bananas.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
