Cheery Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pie filling (any kind)
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Set aside.
Combine 1/2 cup dry cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs and 2/3 cup warm water.
Beat 2 minutes. Spread dough in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Set aside.
Combine rest of dry cake mix with margarine.
Set aside.
Spoon pie filling over dough in pan.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and then crumble topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
