Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat buttermilk and eggs in bowl first, then add buttermilk. Mix 1/2 cup flour, soda and salt, then add another 1/2 cup flour and add to milk and egg mixture.
    Test for thickness on griddle. (Add milk or flour to thicken or thin.)
