1/2 c. coconut
1 container coconut milk (Coco Lopez)
Cool Whip
coconut
Preparation

Bake cake; add 1/2 cup coconut to batter.
Cool; poke holes with handle of wooden spoon.
Pour coconut milk over cake.
Cool completely!
Frost with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top with coconut.
