The Best Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. cubed, stale French bread
    3 qt. romaine, in bite size pieces
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, cooked 1 minute in boiling water
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 can anchovy fillets, diced
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Add garlic to oil and let stand several hours.
    Heat 1/4 cup garlic oil in a small skillet and saute croutons until browned on all sides.
    Set aside.
