Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Grease\t9-inch\tpie
dish
and\tspread cranberries over bottom.
Sprinkle
walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar over cranberries. Mix together
the
eggs, 1 cup sugar, flour, almond flavoring and margarine.\tBeat
batter
until
smooth
and
pour\tover berries. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until brown.
Cool; cut
in pieces
and
serve\twarm.
If pie is cool, serve with whipped cream.
