Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 c. cooked squash
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 egg
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
salt and pepper
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mash cooked squash.
Add margarine, onion, soup, egg and stuffing mix.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on top.
Put remaining mixture into dish. Sprinkle top with other cheese and some stuffing mix.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
