Sausage And Sour Cream Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves whole wheat bread
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 lb. country sausage
    1 red and green pepper, chopped
    fresh basil, Italian parsley and thyme
    2 or 3 cans chicken broth
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Drain and set aside.
    Cut bread into cubes in large bowl.
    Add prepared vegetables and spices.
    Mix in sausage and chicken broth until moist.
    Then add sour cream.
    Mix until blended well.
    Put into turkey or bake in large casserole at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
