Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    20 saltine crackers, crumbled
    3 green onions and blades, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Pour into a nonstick loaf pan. Top with ketchup.
    Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Drain excess juice after 30 minutes and before serving.
