Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive or salad oil
    2 small zucchini, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 large yellow peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 (16 oz.) pkg. corkscrew or penne macaroni
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cook zucchini, peppers and onion until tender and golden.
    Stir in stewed tomatoes, black pepper and seasonings; heat to boiling.
    Reduce to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
