Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    Swiss cheese
    2 tomatoes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 eggplant (unpeeled)
Preparation
    Brown onion and cloves.
    Add tomatoes (chopped), basil, salt, cinnamon and lemon.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Slice eggplant and brown on cookie sheet in oven; brush with oil.
    Layer 1/2 eggplant in greased pie pan.
    Pour 1/2 sauce over eggplant.
    Repeat.
    Cover with Swiss cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
