Eggless Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tofu, drained and mashed
3/4 c. cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free)
3 tsp. mustard
3 tsp. onion powder
6 oz. chopped celery
3 to 4 Tbsp. tamari or mineral bouillon
Preparation

Mix well.
Serve open-faced on bread.
Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
