Baked Sole With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets of sole (1/2 to 3/4 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 oz. chopped mushrooms with liquid
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange fish in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with wine. Blend cream, mushrooms, cornstarch and salt.
    Pour mix over fish. Bake at 325\u00b0 (basting often) 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
