Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
