Baked Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried basil or thyme leaves, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
    2 tsp. each lemon juice and melted margarine, mixed
Preparation
    Mix cheese, basil and pepper.
    Halve potatoes lengthwise. Brush cut surface with lemon mixture, then dip into cheese mixture.
    Place coated side down in a spoke pattern on a glass pie plate.
    Microwave on High 14 to 16 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once.
    Let stand 2 minutes.
