Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peppers
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. salad shrimp
    8 stuffed crabs
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut bell peppers in half and boil until tender but not too soft.
    Cook the ground meat and drain.
    Fry the shrimp and drain also.
    Mix the ground meat, shrimp and the stuffed crabs in a big bowl with the rice and one can of tomato sauce.
    Mix well and put into peppers and cook for 1 hour.
