Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. oil or fat
5 c. potatoes, sliced
6 (1 oz.) slices processed American cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown chops in oil.
Place 1/2 of potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and top with cheese slices.
Add remaining potatoes.
Place chops on potatoes.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Saute onion and celery in skillet drippings until tender.
Add soup and milk to skillet; heat and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
