Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with cheese and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
